building & pest inspection combines a full assessment of the property by our qualified, registered builders with a timber pest inspection covering termites, borers, and fungal decay. We check for live activity, past damage, and the conditions that tend to attract pests — such as moisture and timber-to-ground contact — alongside the structural assessment, giving you one combined report covering both.
Every inspection follows the Australian Standard AS4349.1-2007 (building) and AS4349.3 (timber pest), so you get a consistent, thorough result every time.
